Cream Cheese Frosting
Recipe type: Frosting
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup (1 stick) butter, at room temperature
  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 1½ teaspoons vanilla
  1. Mix cream cheese, butter, and powdered sugar together for 2-4 minutes or until light and fluffy.
  2. Add vanilla during the last part of the mixing process.
  3. Once the frosting is completely mixed, frost cooled cupcakes or cake immediately.
