Got leftover chicken? Use it to make this Chicken Ranch Wrap. It is a quick and easy meal to make! Perfect for that “on the go” meal or give your kids school lunch an update from that soggy sandwich.
Pair the Chicken Ranch Wrap with some baked chips and fresh fruit and you have a nutritious and filling meal that is sure to please everyone, especially those little munchkins in your house!
To make these wraps you will need: tortillas, shredded cheese, ranch dressing, tomatoes, cooked chicken breast and lettuce.
There are really no rules to assembling this wrap. This is how I typically make them…start by adding washed, cut lettuce to your tortilla.
Next, add shredded cheese. We use a shredded cheddar jack, but you can use whatever variety of cheddar you like.
Now add your cooked, diced chicken.
Then diced tomatoes.
Lastly, add a drizzle of ranch dressing
Now, wrap the tortilla and enjoy. You might want to make two though, as they are quite delicious and disappear quickly!
Chicken Ranch Wrap:
1 10″ tortilla ~any type (flour, corn, etc.) will work
shredded lettuce (I prefer romaine or leaf lettuce)
cooked chicken breast
shredded cheddar cheese
diced tomotoes
Ranch dressing
Assemble all toppings onto a 10″ tortilla, fold, and eat!
